Hi,
I have alot to do with the Salvation Army in Wandsworth. We have a charity shop which really does serve people in need and we have many mothers coming into the church with no money to buy clothes for their babies and children. The choice is often food or clothes.
We can then give them a signed slip to take to the charity shop where they can get things for free. The same goes for alot of adult clothing/sleeping bags in that needy people will be helped out.

It could be a really good place for you to take anything you no longer need and is at the beginning of West Hill with parking round the back.

Thanks

Grow baby is a charity in Kingston who do this and looks like you can drop off any day. My MIL also is involved in a pre school in Oxford who have lots of families in need but its nice to help local families so grow baby might be best for you.

Baby girls clothes, toys and books looking for a good home

I have lots of baby girl's clothing (up to 18months), toys and books which are no longer needed and I would like to give them to someone who needs them. They are in great condition.

I have tried contacting social services at Wandsworth Council but haven't had any luck.

If anyone knows who I can contact can you please let me know. Otherwise I'll take them to a charity shop but I would prefer them to go directly to someone who needs them.

Thanks
