Don't know whether you're aware, but there's a specialist children's osteopathic centre on Point Pleasant just off Putney Bridge Road in Wandsworth. I have no experience of it but cycle past every day and they seem to treat all ages from babies all the way through to older children. Might be worth looking into as they should clearly know what they're doing.

Hi, can you travel any further? I live in sw18 (earlsfield) but drive to the octogan clinic in chiswick to see Steve Hughes. He is a chiropractor and specialises in treating babies ( and pregnant ladies). My children haven't had your particular issues so I can't be sure he could help, but my hunch is he would be able to/probably has experience of this because of the fact that he specialises in babies. You could always call first to find out? They have other chiropractors there but Steve is brilliant so try to get him if you do go. Hi, I've just taken my 9-month old son to an Occupational Therapist as he's been having feeding issues since weaning. As well as suggesting my son had some sensory processing problems, the OT thinks he has vestibular disfunction (he's very unstable when sitting, and has a strong preference for one side of his body). I took him to an osteopath when he was younger for his reflux which really seemed to help (reflux didn't go away, but the vomitting became less violent) and I really want to take him back now to get some help with this. The only issue is the guy I saw before (Joseph at the Vitality centre) is no longer there, so I was wondering whether any other mummies can recommend someone around the SW18 area? In particular, if their little ones had similar balance issues? Thanks!
