How about Beaufort House on the Kings Road in Chelsea, I've been to 2 40th's one in the 1st floor private bar, and one in the penthouse Champagne Bar, and both have been fantastic. www.beauforthousechelsea.com

I hired the County Arms on Trinity Road. We hired the trinity room and the chef catered to our needs. Highly recommended.

I'm after exactly the same thing for mine in April!! I did look at beaufort house on the kings road in their upstairs champagne bar. It was ok...quite dark which put me off for April but it is worth a look! Ill be following this thread!

Venue for party

Hi there

I'm looking for a venue for my 40th party in February and hoping you might have some good suggestions.

I know there are a few similar threads on here, but they are now a bit out of date. Ideally I'm after a private room in a smart bar or restaurant with a buzzy vibe (but a room that doesn't feel too tucked away). Late licence and space for a DJ would all be good. I'm thinking champagne and canapes and somewhere that would suit all generations but be good for those looking to stay late!

thanks all! x
