Hi there,

I just came across your post and wanted to introduce myself for your interest. I am an Osteopath at MKD Osteopathic Wellness. I specialise in pregnancy-related conditions and also treat pre-natal and post-natal mothers including treatments for babies and children alongside general muscular-skeletal conditions and symptoms such as back pain.

I practice in Kensington and understand it may be a little out of your way, however if you still wish to contact me for further details on my bespoke and personalised relaxing treatments or advice, you may view my website at www.mkdosteopathy.com and contact me. I would be happy to discuss any of your concerns with you.

Thank you.

Kind regards and warm wishes,

Highly recommended - Leigham Practice in Streatham. There is a lady there called Michelle who is absolutely amazing, went to her a couple of years ago after suffering with chronic neck/back pain caused by the usual, posture, office work, stress etc. After a couple of sessions with Michelle I could feel a noticeable difference, and still go from time to time to keep the pain at bay. I can't recommend her highly enough, but please make sure you ask for Michelle if you go to Leigham Practice as there are other therapists there who weren't as good for deep tissue/sports massage.

Here's my recommendation:- Putney Chiropractic on Lower Richmond Road. Worth the effort for sure.

I broke L1, L2 & L3 in a car crash and have to 'manage' that injury. I've tried chiro's and osteo's in and around Webbs Road without much joy to be honest.

I was recommended Putney Chiropractic and can say they have done a really good job at keeping me going on the tennis court during the heavy workload.

Dr Ade Sanni at Balham Chiropractic is great! I've had back injuries from being a dancer along with other injuries and he has always sorted me out.

Hey there

unfortunately I've become a bit of an expert in bad back, after an injury in my back and then two pregnancies, which made it all a whole lot worse.

I can really recommend Pernille Hyll, who's a chiropractor on Thurleigh Rd.
It's not a relaxing massage, but she'll massage the sore bits and 'reset' you. Bliss.

Bad back - magic fingers needed!

by kewty » Wed Jun 12, 2013 4:59 pm

Hi

The continual lifting of my children has made my lower back rather sore(bad lifting technique I know)! It feels as though something just needs to click but I can't get it to do so by myself.

I am very wary of letting just anyone play with my back, so am looking for a professional who will be able to easy my discomfort and give me a good pampering massage at the same time.

If anyone out there knows of someone with magic fingers, I would love to know.

Many thanks
Kx
