Hi, I'm afraid it's impossible to tell - at the moment we haven't had an offer, but once we do it generally takes about three months until completion. So I would say it would be at least three months, but maybe more.
Thanks

Hi newmum83,

Some lovely friends of ours are urgently looking for accommodation locally: if you could send me your e-mail address in a pm I can put you in touch?

Many thanks,
Hayley

Hi Lucy-lou,
The flat is available now, as we've already moved out. We would charge £500 a month inc bills, as like I said it's unfurnished, and as it's on the market there will probably be some viewings at the weekends. Until we get an offer there is no time limit, but I guess once we've accepted an offer it will be around 3 months until completion.I'll send you a link to the KFH webiste in a PM.
X

Hi ladies,
we recently put our 2-bed flat near Clapham Common up for sale and moved to Kent, but the sale has recently fallen through. It's now back on market and empty, so I'm looking for someone who might like to rent it short-term.

We won't be charging anywhere near the going rate because it's only short-term and unfurnished, but if anyone is between rents, needs somewhere to stay while deocrations are underway etc please let me know.

It's a lovely flat with a little garden, 5 mins from Clapham Common tube.
