Millpond saved my life, no less than that! and the best thing was that greatest improvement i achieved on the first night of the programme they designed. i worked with Mandy Truman the owner, but i understand a lot of the staff are very good.

We worked with Carol Mae www.carolmaeconsulting.co.uk and our little girl is a great sleeper now. That was 9 months ago and Carol still checks in with us regularly to make sure everything is going ok.

It is the best money we ever spent! Two of the other Mums in our NCT group worked with her too, and so did another mummy friend. They were all happy.

Good luck!

My completely fab nanny does a lot of sleep training. Do send me tour contact details if you'd like her to get in touch. Best wishes. Kitty

Hi Gail
I offer help to parents online, in person and or over the phone with sleep training. Initially I would advise a 30 minute telephone/Skype consultation. This gives us a chance to discuss the issue, see what you are doing at the moment and will enable me to provide you with some methods and techniques that will address your particular issue and tailored to your son and your family. This initial consultation costs £25.Follow on support and advice can be arranged at this time if necessary. Please do contact me kate@theparentconsultancy.com and take a look at my sleep tips on the website www.theparentconsultancy.com
Good Luck with your quest for sleep!
Kate

Help with sleep training

Hello

Can anyone recommend someone who can come in and help us get our eight month old boy into a better sleep pattern. He is still waking in the middle of the night - whereas our daughter was sleeping through til 7am from 4 months.

Thanks
