Hi Sue-great that new mums are able to access you online-and I look forward to being able to offer your groups some support and advice on all things baby related! It's so important to get going with this type of postnatal exercise-all about pelvic floor, your back, core muscles etc so it means mums don't have to wait until lock down ends to start this important self care.
