Excellent state schools in Richmond and Putney but that's from the experience of girls; not sure about boys but can't imagine it would not be the same. Most people can't afford the fees here these days.

I live in Richmond, and feel fortunate because most of the primary schools around here are very good. The ones that are extremely sought after are Sheen Mount, Holy Trinity, Queen's School in Kew and The Vineyard. I have personal experience with the first 3 schools, and can confirm that they are brilliant. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I am thinking of moving to Richmond, Wimbledon, Putney or Raynes Park area. Looking for a really good state schools for each area. My son is Year 3 and going to a really good private school in Nottingham but can not afford a private school in London.
