There are apartments on Clapham Common Northside (continutation of Battersea Rise) which regularly come up for sale.  We used to live there and they have both a porter and parking.  It's across the road from the park and close to all the amenties you mentioned.  If you do an internet search for Thornton Place SW4 you should find some informtaion. 

We have just received an offer from Emanuel and we live around 1 hour commute, which is not a safe option in my opinion, and the child will be so tired. So thinking of moving to the area around Battersea rise so that DS cal walk safely to school.
We are looking for some place secure, preferable an apartment with a Porter and parking. We are not familiar with the area, and prefer walking distance to a park where we can jog, close to the gym and local cafes, etc. Where do families from Emanuel live?
