Hi everyone,
Does any of you have experience with clearing an neglected garden (by the previous owner) with difficult access?
We have had several gardeners around to have a look and unless our neighbour would allow going through his garden (which is a jungle) none of them wanted to do the job. The neighbour refused. We need to clear concrete slabs and whatever is hidden under the vegetation (surprise!), that's why we need a mini digger at least (we were quoted for a manual job 3x the price, 3x the time than with a digger). Also need to cut some dying trees.
Our options are:
1) going through our house, with a 75cm wide straight path and a few steps - I think it would be very difficult even for a mini digger
2) going through the other neighbour's side alley - she has some flower beds on the way + the fence
3) going through the back of the garden, which is a high wall behind parking boxes - would need a crane and their permission I suppose.
Any advice is welcome!
many thanks
Emmanuelle
