Hello! I'm Sophie Trotman, a Registered Nutritional Therapist dipION mBANT, based in Balham. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to optimise their health!
I see clients virtually on a 1:1 basis, helping them with a variety of concerns such as low energy, weight management, gut health issues, anxiety, poor sleep and skin conditions. I also run workshops for businesses and write for publications such as Sheerluxe and Cherubs Mag.
I share nutrition tips on my Instagram @sophietrotmannutrition and have a website (which I can't share in this post).
Consultation Format
- Discussion and further questioning around a pre-completed health questionnaire and 3-day food diary
- Explanation of key imbalances identified and ways you can improve your diet and lifestyle to achieve your goals
- Collaborative creation of a Health Optimisation Plan including food, lifestyle and supplement tips (if relevant).
- Factsheets and recipes will be sent over with your Health Optimisation plan if relevant and/or requested.
Some concerns you may wish to discuss: Poor sleep, food intolerances, hay fever, weight management, anxiety, low mood, skin conditions, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances such as PCOS and endometriosis, low energy, brain fog and much more!
