We've just put the playroom in the basement which is great, but we didn't think it through in terms of being in the kitchen and although I'm not a million miles away i'd be happier if I could get an idea of who (3 year/18month boys) is hitting/pushing/stealing from who. Our home office has also been moved to the shed, so if I do need to work in there I'd like to be able to at least hear them at night (they share a room). I'm really not a paranoid mum in a sprawling gazzilian acre house, but all these kind of video monitors are reasonably expensive and I want to make sure I get the right one.
