To whom it may concern,

My name is Derek Murphy and I am the proud father of two beautiful children, Jessicca who is now six years of age and Simon who has just turned seven.

Being a single parent for a number of years now I would have struggled immensly if it had not been for the dedication and love shown to my children by
a nanny I employed,Lenka Streckova.

Being very fussy as regards to who looked after my children I had tried a number of nannies without much success until I met Lenka. I was amazed to see
that from day one she was able to fit into my family environment with a natural ease and maintained a level of professionalism that to my mind set her
apart from previous nannies. Her care and professional attention to the well being of my children was second to none and her obvious love of children shone through.
Her ability to understand their needs whilst maintaining a delicate balance of discipline, fun, love and security for them left me in no doubt that I had made a
good decision. Jessicca was two of age and Simon three when she took on the role of looking after them.

Lenka was involved in all aspects of their care, more often than not it was from first thing in the morning until last thing at night due to my own work restraints.

During my initial supervision of her new role in my house, her inate ability to know what they needed at such an early age and fulfill these needs was
suprising and it gave me full confidence to leave them under her full charge knowing that they were being well looked after.

I cannot think of even one occasion where Lenka let me down,if I needed her to help she was always there even if it mean't giving up her time off, which cannot have
been easy for her sometimes. In hindsighI must say there were times I asked an awful lot of her and even in pressure situations I would be greeted with a smile
and help I probably didn't deserve.
As the children grew older and in some ways more demanding Lenka was able to come up with all sorts of activities for the children and they became very fond of her.

She had the ability to fade into the background at certain times when I was spending time with them whilst being only a call away to come and help if needed.
Sadly due to pregnancy of her sister Lenka left her employment with me and we were all extremly sad to see her go.However even now she still finds time to come and visit the
children on a frequent basis for no other reason than her care for them.

I have no doubt whatsoever that she has played a major role in both my children becoming beautiful kids and in conclusion would have no hesitation in
recommending her to any future family considering employing her.
