Thanks for the PM today (sm)! And, yes, I am sad I still haven't found the owner.

I have a grand-daughter who has had her eyes on it for the last couple of weeks!!! I've told her that it belongs to another little girl/boy who I'm hoping to return it to.

But if I can't find the owner, then I think it would be better if DGD could use it next winter, rather than sitting here doing nothing!

One last 'bump' of my own thread, just in case ........!

It's a lovely scarf - for a small child (2-3 yo probably).

If it's yours, please PM me!

Here is a thumbnail of a tiny section of the scarf - there are some more 'identifying' things about it though!

Just a small update.

I had one reply by PM, which I've responded to - unfortunately the scarf (scarves!!) that NVNer had lost aren't the same as the scarf I've rescued.

Second reply by email to NVN, the NVNer said "I lost a lovely white cashmere child's scarf over a month ago." I'm sorry to say it's not white cashmere either.

Thank you, both, for responding - and I hope you find your lost scarves.

And I hope I manage to find the owner of this one - it's sitting here looking all forlorn!

I think it might have been lost about 3-4 weeks ago(?). It's been 'sitting' on someone's front wall - but not been claimed. I've been walking past it every day - but finally decided to 'rescue' it on Sat 2nd March!

It's absolutely beautiful and I'm sure someone is really missing it. I'm not going to put in too much detail here, but it's very distinctive. I'd love to be able to return it to its owner.

I'm not putting my phone number on an open forum, but please contact me via info@nappyvalleynet.com (as suggested by NVN).
