I'm really hoping you'll contact me in response to this post.

You have agreed on several casinos to refund me the £125 + £25 deposit that we paid for my son and daughter's Wannabeez birthday party back in August. You will recall that your coaches failed to show up, or even bother to call. Despite chasing you and receiving your assurances on at least four occasions, we STILL haven't received any funds.
