Not sure about the tiles - ours were done very well a long time ago, but I can't remember who by.
But for the front door, a very big, completely unreserved, recommendation for The Bespoke Front Door Company
https://www.bespokefrontdoor.co.uk/. They are not the cheapest, but the service included a stained glass designer coming round to design the door with us (not sure how that would work today). We then got a coloured drawing to approve. As far as I remember they didn't take a deposit, and when the job overran by about 2 hours into the next day because of difficulties transferring our locks they refused to accept the payment I offered until the whole job was completed to our satisfaction. We're one of the doors featured on their website, but I won't tell you which one!
