Just wanted to share with you the best Thai restaurant I have found. It's called Hi Bangkok and is in Wimbledon on the Kingston Road (132 Kingston Road, SW19 1LY/Tel: 0208 542 5688). The road is fairly busy but in the evening you can park almost outside and there are nearby roads you can park in too. I think the restaurant gets missed because you wouldn't expect to find such a great place on that road. The food and presentation is very impressive and it dawned on me that I really should post it on here. The staff are excellent (all Thai and very accommodating as you would expect). Please just try it - I am sure you won't be disappointed. ONE THING TO KNOW - it is a "Bring Your Own" so take your own alcohol as they are not licensed. But I think this is quite quaint and the bill is always less than you expect it that way!
