Sole-charge afternoon nanny needed in Fulham Mon-Thurs

We are a Fulham-based family with 2 boys aged 5,9. We are looking for help Monday-Thursday 3-7pm. More hours during school holidays.
Picking up children from school, homework, piano practice and cooking great healthy meals.
Very good English, non-smoker, responsible, childcare experience.
References essential.
