We're so sorry you felt it was too warm during your visit this week , we've checked temp reads which were fine - but we called an engineer out just to double check , we've also asked our members over the past few days who have all said its great...we did ask him to work his techno wizardry and also put an extra - 1 degree on the temp gauge so we can lower it even more than normal in this crazy outdoor heat wave l!! - please do let a duty manager know on the day if you have any feedback, we'd love a chance to investigate and resolve whilst your here, as we may not have spotted this post and hate to see any one leaving disappointed :O(

We are here today and it's nice and cool, so relaxing after a tough night for everyone.
I spoke to a manager and they are turning the air con even lower today.

We came there yesterday and it was boiling in there. Was the air con no working or would be great if you could make it cooler.
