Stress comes in many different guises at home and at work, to many to mention, How do you cope with sleep deprivation, too much to do too little time to do it all in, being a bread winner, mother and wife just to name a few.

How do you cope, do you have strategy that you can share with others, mine is Tapping and Reiki, what is yours?!
