I'm also living in the Heaver estate and looking for a babysitter for my two young children. Any recommendations really appreciated.

We will be moving to the Heaver estate in Balham soon and I need to have a couple of people in my phonebook for one off babysitting (after work hours for extended meetings with trustees etc. I work for a charity).
