Hi
I am a 27 year old female, who wishes to pursue her childcare career,
I have been working in childcare since 2002 and started Nanny work in 2008 since then, I have been through various training courses to further my knowledge in special needs, aware of the current curriculum, planning and implementing procedures/ activities.
I have studied for my NVQ2 in Early Years and Childcare Education and a CACHE Diploma in PreSchool Practice.
My previous Nanny experience was when I worked with 2 families back in 2008, one being a live in and the other a live out, which equated to a full time position.
The live in family had a 4 month old and a 4 year old.
The other had a 4 year old girl.
Last year I worked with a family who had a 10month old, the position was a F/T Sole Charge Nanny/ Housekeeper.
I am now seeking new challenges, I am still available for full time, part time, adhoc, babysitting, temp care, and school runs.
But there would be a slight twist to my childcare search.
I am proposing to families and carers that I am available for the care mentioned above,
...I am also holding activity groups/ sessions/classes for young children.
The activities would range from
Drawing lessons,
Origami lessons,
Language lessons,
Creative sessions,
cooking lessons.
also Home work sessions,
I am also open for any other possible sessions.
