I have a one bed flat to rent and I need some help with the following:-

- Making good the picture holes in the wall. There is one wall with lots of wall plugs that need to be removed/ sanded/ repainted. White paint which I have at home
- Revive the grout in the bathroom tiles on floor and wall
- Help fixing x2 bathroom cabinets to the wall
- Help with sourcing/ fixing/ painting a wooden panel in the bathroom. Measures about 1.5 metres by 0.5 metres (very approx). Need to measure
- Carpet shampoo cleaning. Can anyone recommend?
- Taking TV off the wall and re-fixing
