i used Tate Residential to manage a 7 flat property and over the past ten years have found them to be honest, reliable, prompt with service and reasonably priced. The owner - Paul Tate - is extremely well versed in every area of property management, and has always been very helpful with any questions i have asked (even the silly ones)

The office is on battersea park road near queenstown road, and i believe the areas they cover run from chelsea/fulham/battersea to tooting and balham.

Priory Management in Kew are very good. Not sure which area they cover, so you would need to check.
