I wanted to write to you to let you know of the property management service I offer. I do not offer lettings preferring to specialise in management, more specifically organising maintenance and keeping landlords and tenants happy. It is a very flexible service that landlords can feel comfortable with and grow to trust.

I offer a unique pricing structure, charging landlords by the hour for the service. I only charge for the time taken to manage your property after an annual retainer fee, I do not feel it is fair to charge a percentage of the rent. I specialise in property management and do not handle lettings but work with local agents to find good and long lasting tenants.

I already work for several Nappy Valley Net subscribers and would be very happy to provide references; many use my service for full management, some prefer to do bits and pieces alongside my service to keep their costs down. Hi,
We are looking to rent out our house from the middle of February 2014. The house is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment and offers master bedroom with en-suit; 4 further double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms; a double reception room; large eat-in kitchen with bi-folding doors onto a patio area and grass garden; down stairs loo and utility room in the basement.
We are looking for a family to rent the house, ideally on a long term contract as we shall be out of London for a minimum of 3 years.
The house is a short walk from Clapham Junction station, Wandsworth bridge station and Northcote Road.
