Nannies work on a per family basis and not per child, so it is not standard to increase a nanny's wage when a new baby is born. Just in the same way as when your eldest goes to school you wouldn't cut her salary. She took the job knowing a new baby was on the horizon and so this is not unexpected, unless you have already promised her a pay rise.
I would recommend however, acknowledging her help, and when annual review time comes around then perhaps giving her a raise in line with inflation or whatever you see fit.
This is why a nanny works out as a wonderful and affordable childcare option when you have more than one child.
