I am a 19 year old Junior Nanny who is looking for a part time before/after school job. I have been working in childcare for the past 2+ years and I am currently taking an academic break before I go to university to study psychology/law next year. I am looking for a position to last until July/August however I am willing to do long term work and I have a good track record having worked with one family for a year and a half. I have always been around children being 1 of 11 grandchildren and having 3 brothers and 1 sister but I have experience working with children between the ages of 2-14, this includes twins and children with special needs. I currently work with twins on Thursday and Friday, one of whom has autism so I am looking for another job for the rest of the week.
I am free all day Monday-Wednesday so during school hours I am willing to help around the house or help with other children and gain experience with newborns and pre school aged children.I am also free Thursday and Friday mornings. I will do the usual duties such as light housework ( laundry, dishwasher loading/unloading), homework supervising and planning fun and educational activities so they spend time away from the tv! I am also happy to arrange playdates and take to after school activities within school and outside however I DO NOT DRIVE and so I will rely on public transport and walking.
I am also an experienced babysitter and I currently babysit for various families and so I am happy to do that along with the job on weekdays and weekends. I am based in Tooting Bec.
