Whether you want to tone up, lose weight, improve your cardio fitness - I'm here to help! Summer might seem a life time away, but slow & steady is far more effective with better long-term results than starvation diets and quick fixes.

I do one-to-one and small group sessions (up to 4 people) around Clapham, Wandsworth, Battersea, Fulham. I am qualified in Advanced Personal Training, REPs Level 3 and can offer nutritional advice with food diary analysis.
