Crayola digi-tools drawing app. Costs a bit for the pack of tools, but great art programme. Creative and good for motor skills.
Episodes of favourite shows, eg Imagination Movers, Shaun the Sheep

Have a look out for hip hop hen apps on itunes. Recently launched this year and my 3 year old is absolutely loving them. Educational but fun. The website is www.hiphophen.com.

My son likes the TocaBoca ones (monsters, hair salon, robot lab).
He has HairyLetters, TallyTots & AlphaTots that have the educational slant.
Also likes RoomOnTheBroom, CBeebies and TheSnowman.
Enjoy!

We've got a long haul flight coming up and were wondering on some ideas for the best iPad apps for a nearly 4 year old. Preferably with a bit of an educational side to it but any of your best recommendations would be great.

Thanks!
