I've been trying to get back into shape after having my baby and have been struggling. A friend of mine recommended CORE - it's a new equipment pilates place in Clapham Junction just off of St John's Hill. I gave it a shot and really enjoyed it! The classes are no more than 3 people per instructor and the it's completely personalised to my needs. Am going twice a week now and am really starting to feel the difference. It's worth checking out.
