£500 - Original Alvar Aalto/Artek designed small round in pale birch wood with two matching round chairs.
These were designed by the world famous Scandinavian designer At his Finnish design house. I'm selling these on behalf of my parents who had these in their second home in London, which they sold recently, so are in excellent condition as were rarely used.
Table: the three- legged L leg round table is known as Table 90c. Dimensions W60cm and height 72cm. You can spot an original of this design classic L leg table from the striped pattern on the profile of the legs, which is veneer inserted into a solid piece of beech so it can be bent. Under the table it also has a sign to authenticate.
Chairs: these are also in matching birch with padded seats covered in blue hop sack material known as model 66S. Dimensions are H77cm, seat height 44cm, width of seat 39cm, width of legs 42cm. They also have a sign to authenticate.
To buy this set new in Skandium or the Conran shop would cost £1050.00.
