I have been taking Mariko's Ying Yoga workshop and Yoga therapy for a while. finding it's great help to release my stressed physical condition also lots of realization and understanding about how I'm using my body and how small things could change dinamicaly the way our body is.
It's like physiotherapy but it's yoga therapy. So all the way breathing technique along with, Mariko navigate us using various movement tech from wide stretchy to very subtle muscle movement yet very effective, which will be suitable almost any kind of condition I guess.
I especially recommend if someone has suffering consistant condition, pain or difficulty for movement, people who can't relax their body, you'll be surprised that it's possible to change it without forcing or fighting with its pain. Well worth try if you never done this.
