1-2 day nanny/ nanny share wanted

We are looking for a nanny for our 2 girls (4y & 21m). We need a day a week but this could increase going forward. We would like someone from 8am - 6pm, ideally mid-week but we are flexible.

We would be happy with a nanny who is looking for an extra day or we are also interested in discussing a nanny share and we have quite a lot of flexibility - including increasing to 2 days immediately for the right share.
