She was amazing, so efficient and a much better experience than we have had in the past. With her help we completed our sale and purchase in under 7 weeks (or thereabouts). She even managed to pull exchange forward by a day so that we avoided the stamp duty change at the end of 2014. Highly recommend.

We have just had our offer accepted on a property and the EA have asked us to instruct a solicitor in the next two days (that might include today I'm not sure as we only spoke at 5pm!).
