We used Steve at Link It (based nr Chiswick) - great job for creating a sky/sonos /wifi solution for the whole house and good value. Some companies charge a fortune for simple work.

Not just you unfortunately. My friends had a bad experience too, terrible customer service-patronising and condescending.

I have worked with Robin Barns 07738 126366 from digicast av on a few projects and he did av for me at my own house and I would recommend him. Its a pleasure to deal with Robin. He has more satisfied customers on nappy valley too .

Is anyone else having dreadful customer service from 1st Stop AV or is it just me?
