Hi Mel

Thanks for your note- it was very helpful! We decided to put an offer and move to Battersea Bridge road :)

We will be moving by 15 June- but more than happy to meet before that- sending you a PM!

Hi,

You should go for it. It doesn't have the cafe culture and cute neighbourhood feel that St John's Hill does yet, but it's getting there. We've rented in the area for 4 years now and are just in the process of buying here. We love it. You're really close to Battersea Park and across the bridge to the Kings Rd.

There's some great places opening up on Battersea Park Rd (where we are) and Battersea Square is finally getting there!

If you do decide to move, give me a shout. I have a 19 month old and it's nice to know mums in the area.

Mel

I know the places in the Whistler Avenue estate have astronomical service charges...

Otherwise, it's a great area. Battersea Park and Battersea Square on your doorstep, and a short walk to Chelsea
We are looking to rent...thanks for replying!

Hi

We moved to London last year from the US and have been living off St John's Hill.. we love our current neighborhood, family friendly, safe, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby...
we have a 9 month old and need more space so we are looking for a bigger place.. we found a cute house on whistler avenue off battersea bridge road but we know nothing about the neighborhood and don't know anyone in the area...
Any advice on the neighborhood would be great! :)
