We are movement specialists with a specific running analysis and training facility in Battersea.  We have physiotherapists and injury specialists who are also running coaches.

We have successfully treated many clients with foot arch pain getting to the bottom of the issue and most importantly getting them back running safely injury free and preventing further injury!

Orthotic insoles are great for arch pain and many other foot/knee/hip/ back problems. I'd suggest going to see Norbert at Foot Factor (020 7631 0077). They're in central London but worth the journey especially as they offer a free consultation and assessment if you're not sure what you want/need.

If you decide to have orthotics they are then made with you in the workshop. This results in a very precise fit/support and is fascinating to see too. They're ready to wear when you leave. It's a very different approach to how most UK orthotics are made, it's simple but works so well.

Foot clinic for foot arch pain?

Hello,
Not the sexiest of topics I know - I have been experiencing foot arch pain, I guess as a consequence of running, for about a month and a half, and have come to the conclusion that it won't go away if I pretend it isn't there .
Can anyone recommend a local foot clinic for this type of problems? Any experiences of Balham Foot Care, who seem to be treating sports injuries?
Many thanks!
