At least they've got that option! No public toilets in the park is a disgrace.

Sorry that doesn't answer your question re: legality. I personally don't see much wrong with it as long as they're not facing me making eye contact

I keep seeing personal trainers ( only ever seen men ) urinating in the trees by the exercise area near the bowling green cafe .
It is certainly not pleasant, but does anyone know the legality of it ?
