Re: Recommendation for driver - London to Cotswolds

Hi - I am based in the Cotswolds (used to be in London..) and when we need to go to the airport we use a great driver - Dave Hill - 07977 994285 - he is based near Cirencester and may well be a good option for you. PM me if you have any questions.

Re: What couldn't you live without in your kitchen?

HI Not much to add except that definitely go for drawers over cupboards for saucepans, crockery etc - so much easier to see what is in there and easier to get in and out. Also - really good to have crockery cupboard and cutlery drawer next to dishwasher - saves so much time. And kettle/hot water tap...

Re: Fertility - Private Clinic Advice

Hi, a lot does does depend on what you think your fertility issues may be. If it is just "unexplained infertility" and you are still in your 20s/30's and all OK with your partner then definitely worth giving the acupuncture/Zita West clinic a go. If however, you are slipping into your 40s ...

We took a car seat on the plane and then could use i...

Re: Fertility clinics

Hi Just wanted to throw another thought into the pot - not sure whether you are working but location can be key. I chose the Lister as it was relatively close to my office and it's also possible to drive (park in Battersea Park). This may sound trivial but IVF is very time consuming - frequently I w...

Re: Parenting books recommendations wanted

I really liked Toddler Taming - written by an Aussie doctor he is very laid back and non judgemental - and has lots of phrases which I repeat in my head when things are getting heated "Don't poke the lion" etc.

Re: Large UK holiday home suitable for kids?

Hi - not sure if you mind taking a recommendation from someone a little biased but we have moved to the Cotswolds from South West London and so I am still keeping my eye on Nappy Valley - we rent out a few houses on the Lower Mill Estate just south of Cirencester - none sleep 18 but we do have house...
