The Sanderson Hotel does a fun 'Mad hatter's Afternoon Tea'.

Gymboree is perfect for this age group, they have a really lovely site in Wimbledon at the Jitterbugs cafe and also Clapham Common have a venue as well. My parents have also stayed in The Windmill a couple of times now, it isn't cheap but they always rave about how much they like it. The rooms are lovely and they always have a great breakfast in the mornings (which makes my dad very happy).
