Hi, I would suggest you get Ofsted registered to be honest, you will have to be CRB checked, complete a course as you don't have much experience, get insurance and do a 1st aid course. Sounds good! I would say plenty of room for buggies, tables not too close together, reasonable prices, clean play area, activites room for parties maybe or baby classes, story times, umm a pinboard for people to post things on. Just off the top of my head! :D

Hi, I agree with Betty, I`m a nanny and would rather have a bunch of flowers or card to acknowledge your appreciation. Yes, a payrise would be nice but maybe a token bonus and a card from the children? Personally, speaking I would much prefer that! :)
