Temporary help needed

Hi
We need someone to collect our 5 year old from eaton house the manor on a Monday and Tuesday at 3:30pm starting on 12 January until 9 February inclusive, bring him home, read with him for 10 mins, feed and get ready for bed. One of us is always home by 7pm. Competitive rates offered

Britax duo plus isofix car seat 9-18kg. Black

Had above car seat 2 years. Has been used approx twice week for 1 nursery run and visit to local swimming plus occasional long trip. Does look used but is still in very good order. Would need to collect. Live approx 8 mins walk from clapham Jtn rail station. £40 or reasonable offer

house/loft conversion

We live in a terraced house near to Clapham Junction which currently comprises of 2 flats. We have come up with a simple plan to open up the house and would also want at that point to convert the loft into a further bedroom and bathroom. Can anyone recommend a builder that was reliable and efficient...

Loft extension/making 2 flats into 1 house

Nanny required

A temporary position is available from 14 or 21 November until 10 or 17 Feb next year. Live out experienced nanny to work 4 days a week (ideally Monday to Thursday) to look after 1 baby boy who will be 9 months old in November. Some flexibility around dates/days would be considered.
