Re: Struggling with feelings after baby born

Ah, poor you. Just know that you're not alone and your feelings are not unusual. I felt very similarly after the birth of my last (of 3) children. 10 days is still very early days... hang in there... this too shall pass and things will get better! x

Re: Another "Broomwood rule" - myth or not?

When my daughter attended Broomwood (2010-11) female staff were not permitted to wear trousers. Maybe they've got with this century now? :-)

Looking for a lodger?

Hi All My lovely nanny is looking for a room or house share in the Nappy Valley area (specifically Clapham, Wandsworth, Balham, Tooting & nearby). She is mature (33), friendly, sensible, trustworthy and responsible. I live between the commons and would have her live-in with us but we simply don'...

That's an awful lot of people to offend by writing off the whole of state education from one inciden...

The office in Essex is now closed, but hope upon hope Essex police have our bike!! Lesson learned for security. Be...

Motorbike theft- between the Commons- by professionals!

Hi all Just thought I would pass on a warning for those of you with motorbikes. Our (brand new) and our neighbour's very nice motorbikes- were stolen from outside our homes on Salcott Road last night. This was probably the work of professionals, as these were both big motorbikes (not scooters) with ...

Re: Put some shoes on your baby's feet!

I read this thread with amusement. I cannot believe someone actually took the time to post about parents' decision on how to dress their children appropriately. We should support each other rather than judge. Maybe the parent who only has socks on the baby was only out for a quick trip and knows wha...
