Simon Nash at S. Nash Roofing.   I do know he's busy, though, as I recommended him to my daughter, and she had to wait a bit for the work to be done.

Curtain Workshop, Balham High Road.   Lovely people, very knowledgeable and experienced.   First class product.

And no, I don't work for them, nor am I related to them, but I was extremely pleased with what they did for me.

If he can get to Wimbledon, the Wimbledon Guild has an excellent programme of activities for older people.  Have a look at their website to see if there's anything that takes his fancy.
