Baby & Toddler in Same Room, Crazy to Consider It?

Hi, We have a 2 1/2 yr old in her own room and an 8mth old baby still in ours. Now thinking about moving the kids in together and just wondering if anyone had some advice or could share their experience of this? We do bedtime routine for both kids together but our son's night sleeping is still errat...

I have the WeeRide Safefront and have had loads of use out of it. My daughter is 2 1/2 now and has been on it since she was 1.
