Early Rider 12" wooden balance bike

Exercise classes for teens / pre-teens?

My daughter is 11 and wants to have fun and get fit learning dance routines but she's not interested in formal dance classes, following a dance course with a dance school (e.g. ballet, jazz, modern, street dance). My thought was that a Zumba/aerobics type exercise class would be just the thing. Balh...

Can anyone recommend a welder?

We have a kitchen bar stool and the metal stand needs re-welding to the post (I think!) - seems a waste to dump it when the seat is fine and I think it would be a quick fix for someone with the right experience and tools.

Does anyone know a good metal person? Thanks
