Hi! We have three children; a 7yo, 5yo and 14 week old. I’m currently on maternity leave but I’m looking for someone who might be able to help me out on a part time basis. Croydon Volvo picked ours up and repaired it but we were not very impressed by the overall service they gave and they did the absolutely bare minimum despite insurance company paying. We won't be using them again so I will follow this thread with interest.

Thanks for your response. I hadn't thought of a nanny leaving London on days off/part of the week, that's a good point.
