Hi . I am so sorry and it’s a really tough call . I would agree culture of workplace and who you work for is really important . I would suggest you negotiate a staggered return if you can with a 3 day week and be quite firm on the hours you do . Wellness is a much bigger theme in some organisations ...

Hi, we are a looking to do a loft extension. Can anyone recommend a good company? We have talked to landmark, South London lofts, absolute lofts and more than lofts so far. Mixed reviews on all.

Return to work and clingy baby

So just completed week 1 at work and quite enjoyed it. Will be doing a 4 day week for a few months and then deciding on what to do next. My baby is 11 months old and till now been a super sociable happy child who slept through the night.... since I have gone back to work we have middle of the night ...

we live on earlsfield road and have an 8 month old. i think the area is great for young families. all the pros as above. yes parts of earlsfield are not that nice but that is living in london for you, we used to live in fulham and i felt much more unsafe there than i do here. the convinience element...
