I love Streatham and it's diversity. The house prices are getting higher so I would buy asap. Schools are great I've just moved my daughter to the primary on my road as I fear my youngest won't get in as they are going for Outstanding and people will be renting flats next door just to get their kids...

I would say Streatham Village as I live here! Lovely cottage houses with white picket fences, the ABC roads or around the common. But everywhere has lovely spacious houses with Gardens! I have a massive garden, big enough for a trampoline, slides, swings and lots of trees can even fit a summer house...

Streatham is lovely. You get more house and garden for your money and there are some fantastic schools. Two commons and a great family feel would'nt live anywhere ese in London!
