I'm a new chiropractor looking for pregnant mums to "model".

Hi Everyone! This might be a unique post. It's specifically for very pregnant mums out there reading this, or if you know anyone with a nice pregnant belly. I'm looking for someone who is willing to be a "pregnant model" to be photographed (face not shown) for my new website. I'm going bac...

Re: Husband who doesn't do Christmas?

Yes, that's my husband's website. He is definitely very blunt, direct, and totally unambiguous when he instructs or talks about things about which he's opinionated. That "No Gifts" post was written for his friend who was getting married and both the bride and groom wanted to convey a stric...

Re: Husband who doesn't do Christmas?

In the first year of knowing my husband, and nearing the end of that year, I soon discovered that I was about to marry a serious Grinch/Scrooge. Here's what he says about Christmas: "A chap, not born 2013 years ago, not born on 25 Dec, was thought by the Romans to be a troublemaker, and died in...

Re: HELP - 1st baby - Sling/Bjorn/Ergo?!?!

Hi Pod, I, too, bought and tried out almost all types of baby-wearing gear. As a chiropractor, I'd strongly dissuade you to use the Baby Bjorn. You must use a sling/carrier that allows hip and leg support by keeping the infant's hips and knees flexed and supported since their ligaments are very elas...

ESL for my Au Pair

Hi Everyone!

Please, does anyone know of a school or organization that offers ESL courses (English as a Second Language) around this area, SW London? My au pair (she's French) is looking to take 3-4 hours a week to get some good intensive learning.

Thanks!

Re: How do I help my husband?

Hmmm, first off, I'm curious as to why there aren't any replies. I couldn't help but feel like you need and want someone to reach out to you! This website is new to me, so perhaps not many people reply to posts unless they really do have a solution or at least a suggestion. I have 2 suggestions for ...

Vaccinations

Hi Everyone, We just moved here to London and I have a question concerning the NHS and vaccinations. I'm not British. I'm American. Things seem very different between the 2 countries. One can see that difference just from seeing how the UK has the NHS. America has...something. My question is about s...

Re: Moving to Paris

Hi there, I just moved FROM Paris to London about 2 months ago and never found a website exactly like this. This is a great site and it is a lot like a few in New York, when I used to live there before Paris. The messageparis.org is a good website. Also, there is a good website where you can find ba...
